The Bumble Bee Yoga Community aims to provide classes created for all-levels and all bodies. We are committed to creating an inclusive space for our students to discover, play, and transform in a safe space. Our variety of classes are lead by highly trained yoga professionals who are all dedicated to providing YOU with an exceptional experience, 7 days a week.

POWER YOGA

Our signature class will empower you to explore movement with breath in a predictable sequence. If taught to music, you will see beats listed in the description. (45-75 minutes)

MEDITATION

Meditation is a vital pillar to the practice of yoga. New to meditation? Now is the perfect time to begin. Join us for a guided meditation that will lead you through the foundation components and leave you with a new sense of clarity.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Slow things down with this practice which is beneficial for muscle rejuvenation, tension reduction, and recovery. Often combined with Nidra.Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation typically done lying down and is also known as “yogic sleep”.

WORKSHOPS

Workshops are specialty classes taught in 60-120 minute blocks. These classes will provide an in-depth experience of a pose or set of poses, emphasizing balanced action in the physical body. There may be inquiry and journaling involved in this experience. Our expert instructors will lead you on a journey that will enhance your practice and your life. We can also tailor workshops for groups and/or companies using your goals as the main focus of the experience.

HIVESTREAM CLASSES

Can't make it in? The BBYC Hivestream Membership is perfect for the busy traveler who wishes to take BBYC on the road or the practitioner who wants to bring BBYC right into their home.

COMMUNITY YOGA

YOGA FOUNDATIONS

This practice is designed to provide the tools of meditation, asana (the physical practice of yoga), and inquiry to our youth or beginner. Each week we will practice these tools in an effort to increase the ease of which our youth or beginner utilize these practices out of the studio, to benefit their everyday lives.

NEW HERE?

HERE IS WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW!

The Bumble Bee Yoga Community is located at 2712 Weisenberger Street, Ft Worth, TX 76107. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of class as to leave yourself time to fill out some light paperwork, explore the space, and get settled. Class begins on time!

Please bring a mat, a towel (mat or hand), and water with you for class. For your safety and the safety of others, BBYC does not provide rental mats. 

​

The studio is heated to 90 degrees unless otherwise noted. No need to be intimidated! The heat is there to support you as you move through your practice - it warms the body from the outside in allowing your muscles to become more malleable through the duration of class. Each class is designed for all bodies and skill levels. You are welcome to take the practice at your own pace.
