Bumble Bee Yoga Community is an inclusive yoga community located in the heart of Fort Worth, Texas. We offer a variety of outreach programs and in-studio classes that are specifically designed to transform suffering into power, in your body and in your life.

The Bumble Bee Yoga Community exists to empower all people through the clinically proven practices and techniques of yoga and personal development programming. The services, programs, and classes that we offer to the Ft. Worth communities are designed to provide practical tools for people, in support of their own mental and physical well-being. Our team of trauma-informed yoga teachers and facilitators work to address the psychosocial dimensions of total life health. 

 

We are mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, friends, teachers, medical professionals  - and we are here to make sure as many people as possible know they are worthy of being alive, feeling alive, being included, and being well.

IN-STUDIO YOGA & MEDITATION CLASSES

The BBYC Studio operates as a fully functioning yoga studio. Your donations and memberships allow us to further our mission in creating easeful access to stigma-free mental health programming in yoga rooms, classrooms, and boardrooms. The majority of our class offerings are built around the power vinyasa yoga methodology. You can expect to be challenged in many ways, yet please know that our classes are truly for every one that walks through our door. There is no pre-required experience or knowledge of yoga necessary - trust our team of teachers  to support you fully, exactly as you are.

 

In yoga asana, we use our body as a barometer, an instrument, to access vitality and whole life health. However, our methodology has more to do with mental fitness than physical fitness - the physiological benefits of the practice are a wonderful benefit of moving and breathing on purpose. So no matter your age, how flexible you are or are not, whether you are an avid fitness enthusiast or haven’t worked out in years - you are welcome here. Come as you are.
