Yoga Teacher Training at Bumble Bee Yoga Community

Whether you feel called to teach yoga or want to deepen your understanding of the practice, Bumble Bee Yoga Community’s Yoga Teacher Training School offers a supportive place to learn, practice, explore, and grow.

Our training is rooted in community, ethical leadership, trauma-informed teaching, and the belief that yoga should be accessible and meaningful beyond the studio walls. Students learn within a small cohort, allowing space for individual support, genuine connection, and hands-on experience.

More Than Learning a Sequence

Yoga Teacher Training is not only about memorizing poses or learning what to say in front of a class. It is an opportunity to understand yoga more fully and begin developing your own clear, grounded teaching voice.

Training may include:

  • Yoga philosophy and ethical practice

  • Anatomy, movement, and safe sequencing

  • Teaching methodology and effective cueing

  • Practice teaching and supportive feedback

  • Sanskrit and pose foundations

  • Trauma-informed and inclusive teaching

  • Personal practice and self-reflection

  • Building confidence while teaching different students and communities

You do not need to already feel confident, flexible, or certain that you want to teach. Some students enroll with the goal of becoming a yoga teacher, while others join to deepen their personal practice and understanding.
