Book Club: Yoke

Dr Atkins and Dr. Bevan will be hosting an adolescent seminar for adolescent girls at the studio.
They will discuss puberty, changes to the body and periods. They will be given tips on managing period symptoms. Parents are invited too! The cost is $60 per parent/child.
This includes snacks, goodie bag and a short meditation.
